1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website rapidreelcreations.comand the services provided by RapidReel Creations ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), a video production and editing service operated from Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

By placing a booking, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

RapidReel Creations provides professional video shooting and editing services including but not limited to:

• Event coverage reels (weddings, corporate events, birthdays, engagements)
• Fashion and creative content production
• Social media reels and short-form video content
• Brand promotional videos
• YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels

3. Pricing & Packages

Our current service packages are as follows (all prices in Indian Rupees ₹):

Add-ons:

• Extra Hour: ₹800 per hour
• Additional Reel: ₹600 per reel
• Extra Video: ₹700
• Traditional Photos: ₹1,000

4. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your booking.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% must be paid on or before the day of the event/shoot.
• Payment Gateway: All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details.
• Currency: All prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).
• Payment Methods: We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets through Razorpay.

5. Booking & Scheduling

• All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the 50% advance payment.
• Booking availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Event date, time, and location must be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Changes to event details must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.

6. Delivery & Timelines

• Instant Delivery: Standard event reels are delivered within minutes of the shoot, as specified in the selected package.
• Extended Projects: For larger or custom projects, delivery timelines will be communicated and agreed upon before the shoot.
• Deliverables are provided in digital format via cloud sharing links (Google Drive, WeTransfer, or similar).
• RapidReel Creations retains the right to use delivered content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Branding & Logo Placement

All reels and video content delivered under our packages will include the RapidReel Creations logo/watermark. Logo placement is mandatory and is part of the service agreement. Removal of the logo is available only under custom enterprise agreements at additional cost.

8. Travel & Location Charges

Travel charges for shoots outside Hyderabad city limits will be borne entirely by the client. This includes transportation, fuel, tolls, accommodation (if overnight stay is required), and meals. Travel charges will be communicated and agreed upon prior to booking confirmation.

9. Intellectual Property

All raw footage, edited content, and creative assets remain the intellectual property of RapidReel Creations until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for personal or commercial purposes. RapidReel Creations reserves the right to use the content in its portfolio.

10. Limitation of Liability

• RapidReel Creations shall not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, weather, venue restrictions, etc.).
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific booking in question.
• We are not responsible for data loss after deliverables have been shared with the client. Clients are advised to download and back up all content promptly.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
