Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At RapidReel Creations, we strive to deliver the highest quality video production and editing services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for bookings made through our website rapidreelcreations.com.

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Advance Payment Policy

  • A 50% advance payment of the total booking amount is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining 50% is payable on or before the day of the event/shoot.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the advance payment is successfully received.

3. Cancellation by the Client

4. Cancellation by RapidReel Creations

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, health emergencies, natural disasters, etc.):

  • A full refund (100%) of the advance payment will be issued.
  • We will attempt to reschedule the booking at a mutually agreeable date, if the client prefers.
  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the event will be accommodated free of charge (subject to availability).
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the event may incur a rescheduling fee of ₹500.
  • Each booking can be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times. Further changes will be treated as a new booking.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Services have already been rendered (shoot completed)
  • Deliverables have been shared with the client
  • Last-minute cancellation (less than 3 days) or no-show
  • Dissatisfaction with creative style after work has been delivered (unless gross negligence is proven)
  • Client fails to provide necessary access, permissions, or venue coordination

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval.
  • Refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Transaction/processing fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your refund request, please escalate your concern by writing to us at rapidreelcreations1506@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute – [Your Booking ID]". We will review and resolve the matter within 7 business days.

Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
