Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

RapidReel Creations ("we", "us", "our") provides digital video editing and content creation services. We do not ship physical products. All final deliverables are provided exclusively in digital formats (such as .mp4, .mov, etc.).

2. Delivery Method

Once a project is completed and approved, the final video files will be delivered to you via:

• Secure cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or custom client portals)
• Direct email attachments (for files under size limits)
• Direct uploads to your requested social media platforms (if part of your service agreement)

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on the specific service package purchased:

• Instant Event Reels: Delivered within hours during or immediately after the event.
• Standard Editing Packages: Typically delivered within 24-48 hours after we receive all necessary raw footage and assets.
• Complex Projects (e.g., Cinematic Weddings): Timelines will be explicitly stated in your custom contract, usually ranging from 3 to 7 business days.

Timelines begin only after we have received all required footage, instructions, and partial/full payment as agreed upon.

4. Revisions and Final Delivery

Initial drafts will be delivered within the agreed timeline. Upon receiving the draft, you have a specific window (usually 24-48 hours) to request revisions as per your package. The final delivery timeline will be adjusted based on the extent of the revisions requested.

5. Delays

While we strive to meet all deadlines, RapidReel Creations is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: delayed receipt of raw footage from the client, unclear instructions, or major technical outages.
